To make progressing through your programme easier, you will be instructed on how to access and use the online portal as part of your first module.
The 2018/19 programme fee is £9,840 and can be paid in full or on a modular basis. Modules are 15 credits each or a multiple thereof. The 2018/19 fee for a 15 credit module is £820.

For continuing students, fees will increase at a rate which is currently capped at 2% for each academic year. The academic year runs from 1 August to 31 July.

Students who choose to pay for the programme in advance (pay in full) will pay the prevailing fee rates at the date of payment.
Tuition fees are due at module registration (selection).

There will be no access to learning materials until you have paid your tuition fees.
Tuition fees must be paid through the e:vision online portal.

You must choose your payment method as a one off option when you select your first module. There are two options available:

1. Pay as you go: pay for each module individually as you progress through your studies.

2. Pay in full: pay for the full cost of your chosen programme up front when you select your first module.

• Refunds will only be made after payment has been received.

• You have 7 days after module start to withdraw from your studies and receive a full refund of the tuition fees you have paid for that module. After this time period no refund will be made.

• All refunds will be made to the credit/debit card that was used to originally pay the fees online.

In addition, HEP will use this data to better understand trends in potential applicant engagement, to track the number of individuals who go on to enroll at and subsequently graduate from the University and to monitor ways in which its services can be refined or further improved.
