How should I grade my goals?
This is totally up to you. You can set goals which are graded by percentage achieved, or something as simple as a tick or cross system. This is something you should decide once your goals have been set. Only at this point will you know what kind of bracket they fit into.
Should I set goals which are ambitious?
It’s always best to push yourself or others, but the targets need to at least be achievable. It makes sense to have a varying range of difficulties. By having some ‘easier’ goals, it’ll drive a person on to tick off the harder ones as well.
Should I ask for help when creating the guide?
If you need help, it might be worth asking for it from someone in a senior position. They may have been in your shoes before, and can offer advice if you’re struggling. They may even contribute a suggestion which you didn’t think of.
